Sad though it is, I not only watch Godzilla movies, I enjoy them. When it comes to entertainment no one can match Anguirus. Which other movie star would have tried to headbutt a chainsaw I ask?

Anguirus originally fought against Godzilla but ended up as a friend. His early first appearance in "Godzilla Raids Again"(1955) was far before the modern films and their over the top energy rays became an excuse for the lack of real fighting. This does mean he is helpless against aerial enemies.

Anguirus fights with other weapons, most notably courage and stamina. Well that and flying backward huge distances and impaling enemies on his back. Sharp teeth, sharp claws and a not so sharp mind are Anguirus's other fighting assets.
